Prepare Yourselves With Emergency Response Training!
You don't have to leave it to the First Responders when there is an emergency. In the event of an emergency, everyone can pitch in to save lives, property and get our community back up and running. The CERT and CERV programs are community training programs that teach you valuable public awareness about emergency preparedness and promote the community's capacity to responds to natural disasters and man-made emergencies.
Community Emergency Response Training (C.E.R.T.)
Community Emergency Response Team training certification classes are made available to residents of the Monterey Bay Peninsula once a year, free of charge.
