Draft FY2022-23 Annual Action Plan - Invitation to review/comment

The City of Seaside has drafted its FY2022-23 Annual Action Plan, which is now available below for public review and comment from March 21, 2022 to April 20, 2022. The 2022-23 Annual Action Plan is a one-year plan to address the community development and low- and moderate-income housing needs in the City of Seaside. The 2022-2023 Annual Action Plan, which covers the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, encapsulates the third year of the 2020–2024 Consolidated Plan. The 2022-2023 Annual Action Plan for the City of Seaside satisfies federal requirements to receive Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for program year 2022-2023. 

Citizens and interested parties are invited to review the draft 2022-2023 Annual Action Plan and submit comments by no later than 5pm on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. Comments may be provided by phone, regular mail, or email via the contact information listed below. The City also encourages the public to attend the City Council public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 21, 2022. More information on how to submit public comment can be found in the notices linked below:
